Blue Islands to scrap Paris route



Blue Islands has announced that it will be scrapping its Gurnsey to Paris-Beauvais Airport on the 9th of July - just two days before Flybe begin flights from the island to Paris' main Charles de Gaulle  Airport.

Blue Islands only started flying from Guernsey to Paris in March of this year, using 19 seater Jetstream planes. However it has since been announced that Paris Beauvais Airport, which is the French capital's third airport in terms of size, prefers operators to use planes with more than 100 seats.
